I painted this maltese on a 5 x 5 canvas using acrylics. This pet portrait of Bailey brings her human mother much happiness. This little maltese is no longer with us, but is still in our hearts.

Even though a maltese is white, my palette doesn't allow me just to paint a white blog. Like most of my pet portraits, Bailey is colorful, whimsical, and expressive.
