The Animal Spirit series isn't all about dogs and cats, although they are some of S. Jordan's most popular paintings of this series. The Lion's Tail has been around since the 30s and is a combination of bourbon, lime juice and the allspice liqueur. It sounds a little bit weird, but it is tasty.
